Week details

Display: (DD/MM/YYYY)

HH:MM between weekly rest periods

  • Enter all times in HH:MM format with a colon (e.g. 15:37, not 15.37; use 0:45 not 45).
  • Record unqualifying breaks (under 15 minutes) as Available (waiting) to keep calculations correct.

Sync tacho card

Import .ddd works on iPad, Android, Mac, and Windows — export from your tachograph download tool. USB reader (ARTIC Android app): Identiv uTrust 2700R or ACS ACR39U CCID via USB OTG cable. Not supported: Amazon Tachogram reader (B07JW8PV85) — Tachogram app only; export .ddd for ARTIC. Card ID fills your profile; activities merge into the weekly log when present.

Checking your device…

    Your compliance dashboard

See hours left, next break, and weekly rest at a glance — from your log entries. Not legal advice; compare with your tachograph card when imported.

    Duty workflow & GPS

Chronological sign-on → vehicle → DVSA walkaround → trailer → departure → route sheet → en route → sign-off. GPS driving detection stays locked until departure authorized.

    No active duty session

Height-from-ground: not reliably measurable in Safari. Typical AGL at device: HGV cab windscreen lower edge ~2.0–2.5 m; car dashboard ~0.9–1.2 m; walking handheld ~1.0–1.6 m. This app uses vehicle profile + GPS speed instead of barometer/orientation.

    GPS idle

Dash cam & ANPR (Phase 2 stubs)

Dash cam: iOS Safari cannot record in the background — keep tab open. ANPR: interface documented only; connect your system later.

    ANPR hook: DriversHoursAnpr.onPlateRead(event)

      WTD weekly limits

Total WTD = driving + other work only (excludes breaks and POA), matching the spreadsheet.

Weekly WTD total / 60:00 max
48:00 — reference average (compensation may apply) 60:00 — absolute weekly WTD limit

This tool replicates a manual weekly record sheet for Working Time Directive (WTD) hours — driving plus other work. It does not replace tachograph records, EU Regulation 561/2006 driving-time limits, or the official GOV.UK weekly record sheet.

WTD limits shown (48-hour reference average and 60-hour weekly cap) follow retained UK working-time rules for mobile workers. This calculator is for planning and record-keeping only — not legal advice.
