SMS opens your phone with a short template — venue, postcode, problem and call-back number. Same number when your phone system is live. Online booking is Saturday only (weekdays show as fully booked). Call-out is paid in full before the job is booked — not a 50% deposit. Midweek same-day: call.
Cold rooms and cool rooms in Leicester that will not pull down — shops, bakers and back-of-house stores. Walk-in fridge rooms sit in the same visit as freezer rooms when you say so on the call.

Repair call-out (per unit, Leicestershire, Sheffield, and the Leicester–Sheffield corridor only): commercial fridge, freezer, cellar, cool room or shop fridge £80 then £80 per hour; smaller domestic fridge £60 then £30 per hour thereafter. Call-out charges are not refundable. Materials are extra. Full terms: clause 6A.
Physical survey visit charges: domestic up to 5 bedrooms £35; 6–10 bedrooms £70; over 10 bedrooms and larger commercial premises are priced by Artifis. Standard commercial £165 weekdays or £175 weekends. That payment is a service charge, not a deposit. The survey cost is a service charge and is non-refundable. At the discretion of Artifis Ltd, the amount paid may be credited to the final invoice for a full installation of an air conditioning or heat pump unit with Artifis, provided that installation takes place within 90 days of payment of the survey charge. Artifis reserves the right to decline any refund.
