Create a Meeting with me is where you request a visit or meeting with Artifis. You pick an open day, send your details, and we confirm by phone or email.
| Grey | Not available — we are not offering a slot that day (or the day has passed). |

| Green | Available — we have deliberately opened this day for booking. Only green days can be tapped. |
| Striped / gold | Booked — already taken or blocked. Try another green day. |
Some times may become unavailable because of family commitments or jobs already in the diary. If that happens, we will help you find another slot.
